Hospitality Suite $1,000

One of the best ways to network at the conference is in the nightly conference hospitality suite! Members enjoy getting together to partake in card games and kicking back to socialize in a more casual atmosphere. Sponsorship includes signage in the suite, acknowledgment in the daily sessions and in all conference print and advertising materials. Bonus: you also have the opportunity to decorate and purchase items for the suite!

Welcome Reception $500

The welcome reception is a highly attended event at the beginning of the conference, and is a great opportunity for exposure and networking. Sponsorship includes recognition at the event and in all conference print and advertising materials.

Educational Seminar $350

Education is the best way we can all stay at the head of our industry. Help us bring in the most up-to-date speakers and sessions, by sponsoring an education session. Sponsorship includes recognition via signage during sponsored session.

Friday Dine and Go Lunch $500

We all work hard and need a break, so what’s better than having a nice relaxing lunch with a view? Contractors and suppliers work hard long hours and sometimes need a ‘family break’ so this is your opportunity to support the attendees and their families for a nice, casual lunch together. Sponsorship includes recognition via signage at the restaurant, company logo in all conference materials and verbal recognition on Friday morning.

Saturday Evening Reception $500

This reception is the beginning of a fun night at the conference. Sponsorship includes recognition via signage during the reception and in the conference printed program.

President’s Gala $1,000

All good things must come to an end, and so it does on Saturday night at our dinner gala to salute our President, recognize our Board members, and welcome the new 2025 President. Sponsorship includes a reserved table for eight at the front of the room, recognition verbally and in signage at the gala, and on all printed materials.
