The code can be used for any Pelican Beach Management unit, including those at Terrace. Both buildings are on the same property, and Terrace is just a short walk to the Conference Center, though it is not directly on the Gulf.

All lodging arrangements for the group will be based on availability. The property management strongly encourages individuals to make their reservation as soon as possible in order to ensure lodging for the event.

The code is case sensitive and can be used to book directly through the website. There is a 20% discount associated with the code. There is also a 3 night minimum requirement to qualify. 

Accommodations and incidentals are the individual's responsibility. Sales tax is 7%, and the bed tax is 6%. All reservations must pay the individual deposit when booking the reservation and adhere to all rental policies.
