Over the last 30 years, he’s served as CFO, Controller, and strategic advisor to businesses ranging from early-stage ventures to multi-billion-dollar enterprises—leading turnarounds, building leadership infrastructure, and scaling companies through both financial and operational clarity. 

He’s the Founder of ScaleSmart Advisory, where he currently serves as a Fractional CFO and COO working directly with contractors, retail, hospitality, and service-based companies to install forecasting, team accountability, and operational systems that work.
